How To adjust your goals and dominate in 2025

Guys, the month of June is ending and this is an ideal time to review our goals, but before I continue I would like to say that this article is being written by hand, not AI! Here is me talking directly to YOU. From human to human. Beauty?

Come on, on December 31st, at the turn of the year, a lot of people, I can even say most people start planning their year and setting goals, motivation is at a thousand, the feeling that the year will be very successful is very good, at this moment our brain is being bombarded by dopamine,  serotonin among other neurochemicals that help us feel good. The problem is that all this motivation ends very quickly and only 1% of the population can meet their goals set at the beginning of the year.

Anyway, this article aims to raise your level of awareness a little so that you reflect on your goals and be able to arrive in December satisfied with your results.

And talking about your results, it is important to emphasize that you are the only person responsible for your results. To succeed, you first need to take responsibility for your life, what you think and do. Given this, let's start the reflections for you to be able to master the year 2025, which is not over yet. 2025 only ends on December 32nd at midnight! Here we don't give up ahead of time and attack with discipline and intentional focus until the end.

First let's analyze and compare what moment you are today, according to what you planned at the beginning of the year. If you're doing well, or ahead, great. At this point, just reflect on whether there is any adjustment, and how you are going to attack the next 6 months, you don't even need to keep reading, keep executing! Now... If you're reading this, and your moment today isn't aligned with what you wanted, we need to be a little more serious.

I know why your goals are not being accomplished. That's one of those two reasons.

1-      You didn't perform enough. Got distracted, had no focus or discipline to do what needed to be done, or

2-      You performed it the wrong way, that is, you worked A LOT, but you didn't get the desired result. I'll tell you, it's rarely this option. 99% of people fit the #1 ratio cited above. This is because our ego always leads us to think that we do everything, work hard, etc etc. But I want you to really be honest with yourself because if it doesn't, you're not going to be able to adjust the next steps.

Well, now that you have evaluated the moment you are in and know that you are 100% responsible for it, we can conclude that you are also responsible and it is under your control to adjust and end 2025 in the best way.First, reflect on what you have done in the last 6 months that you can prove has worked? And what did you do that didn't work?

Given this, make a list of activities you need to do MORE, and a list of activities you need to do BETTER! The formula I created M&M. More and Better.

The next step is to reflect on activities that are not aligned with your goals, this could be staying on social media watching the lives of others. Watch 2, 3 or 4 football matches a week... anyway, what are the activities that if you STOP doing, you will make room for the activities that you NEED to START doing? And now let's think about what are the activities that if you start doing, will help you achieve your goals? Here is the little formula of STOP & START.

It is important to understand that these last 6 months have brought you many insights, and now it is up to you to use them and help you to be able to evolve little by little. I suggest at this point you redo the planning by the end of the year, think big, you don't need to reduce the goal, it's much better to adjust the activities.

Time goes by VERY quickly, don't leave anything for later, reflect on your monthly, weekly, and daily goals. MASTER your time, and time is life! It never comes back.

Be realistic, rational, intentional, and focused. That's the only way!
